Our Manufacturing Plant
Located in the Churchill Industrial Park in Lethbridge, Alberta, our Millwork Innovations shop is where the creation, millwork and casework magic happens. Our 21,000 sq. ft. space allows us to create any custom-designed project that you can imagine. The plant is optimized with a superior production flow system to get our products out quicker plus a lean working environment that makes us really competitive.
Along with the best skilled millworkers in Alberta, we employ the most up-to-date machinery and technology. That means we can quickly and efficiently handle any size of project. Let us put our incredibly high standards to work for you.
Community
Roots
We love nothing more than working on projects within our community. Two recent examples we are extremely proud of include the University of Lethbridge New Science Building and the state-of-the-art recreation facility, the ATB Center at Crossings. We also regularly give back to our community.
Across Canada
Even though we are a local company working in Southern Alberta, we also love to apply our skills across the provinces. We have built dynamic spaces in Kelowna, Kananaskis and Banff (to name a few). For us, working outside our market can be really rewarding when our millwork sensibility and commitment to quality is esteemed by other partners.

Many of our team members are long-time employees who live and breathe design and craftsmanship, so you know your project is in the hands of a team who cares and has the experience and capacity to bring your project in on time and on budget.
Our Owners
Willy Reger, President, and Jill Chouinard, Vice President, lead a team of skilled professionals who are always looking towards growth and creating something new.
Born and raised in Coaldale, Alberta, Jill has more than 15 years’ experience in the woodwork industry. In 2009, she joined Millwork Innovations and it was soon evident that Jill and Willy had very complimentary skills and that the business would thrive with Jill joining as a business partner. Jill is passionate about business processes and ensuring the highest standard of customer service possible.
Willy’s career as a cabinetmaker and journeyman began in Germany in the mid 1990s. After receiving his Master Cabinetmaker certificate in 2002, he moved to Lethbridge in 2004, a city he “absolutely fell in love with” while visiting family here. In 2007, Millwork Innovations was founded to create inspiring and finely crafted spaces for Lethbridge businesses and residents.

Millwork Innovations has 25 full-time team members and a large professional network that allows us to create any size of project. Our team retention record is stellar, and many of our team have been in the industry for more than 20 years. We invest in our people and in the latest technology to give them the tools they need deliver to a high standard.
